
Hi All,
I've a GoDaddy hosted email address called myname@company.com. I access the same using Gmail app. I'm not having Outlook mailbox in the picture.
I want to establish an Email Sync between this email address and Dynamics 365 (my first assumption is that I'll need to create a queue for this? because the mailbox won't be associated with a user)
Any thoughts on how I can achieve this?

If you want the CRM to use GoDaddy mail server, you might have to think about configuring as described in the link below
docs.microsoft.com/.../connect-to-pop3-or-smtp-servers
But if want the CRM to use Exchange and Server Side Sync but just want the emails from the GoDaddy address to be synced to CRM, the best option would be to setup mail forwarding on your go GoDaddy mail server to forward it to an Exchange mailbox and then sync that to CRM
