How do i resolve the following problem

Server instance: DMD
Tenant ID:

    Hello,

    In CustomSettings.config file, ensure this key is set to true:

     <add key="ServicesUseNTLMAuthentication" value="True" />

    By default it is set to False.

    The windows credentials are correct since i'm opening NAV from my windows session. when i try to open the client. it says that the server can't respond and when i check in the event viewer i have the error above

    Hello,

    It does look like the Windows credentials are incorrect. Are you trying to authenticate the user in a browser session or what are the repro steps to get into this error?
