Stop Warehouse Team accidentally using Receipt and Invoice

Hello

We have the issue where PO's are being receipted and invoiced by the warehouse team - when they should be just receipting and Finance team capturing invoice.

Is there a way to stop this?

I have tried personalizing the warehouse role to hide that option but it doesn't seem possible.

I have checked permissions but not tested every set as we have only gone live two days ago so still learning a lot.

Use permissions. You can use the record function to create role-specific permissions. When you record, post a receipt without invoicing and the right permissions will be created.

You could also turned on Warehouse Shipment and Warehouse Receipts and keep them out of your POs.
