Question: Create two option field
if yes(set some value and read only(locked) to the field)else clear and unlock the field.

I wrote a business rule,But its not working in the form.

Please help!!

    Try with this - I have prepare a sample with your scenarion  and its working for me. Please compare and do the same , its should work.

    Here is the Rules -

    IFCredit Hold equals "Yes"

    THEN
    Set Email to "goutam@gmail.com"
    Lock Email
    ELSE IF

    Credit Hold equals "No"

    THEN
    Clear Email
    Unlock Email
