How do I Add and Edit Product Properties

I am using CRM 2016 online. What I want to do is add Product Properties to Product families so the child Products can inherit the properties. I just cannot see the section Product Properties. The families are in draft status. What do I need to do, how? A step by step guide or video link can do......thanks in advance!

Hi Realvictormoyo,

To add the product properties to product families you can try following below link

this link has step by step process for creating the product properties.

If you say that you are not able to see the product properties tab itself in the product families form. Please follow below steps and let me if you see a product properties tab in the product form.

1. Settings --> Customizations --> Customize the System

2. Expand Entities --> products --> forms

3. On the right side you will see a list of forms

4. open the "Product" main form.

You should be able to see the Product properties as in the image.

Please check and let me know the details.

I am sure that will work , anyhow, I do not understand why I cannot incorporate the entity Product, instead I have Product/Service as shown below. Any reason why I dont have just the entity Product?
