Company started using Dynamics due to a recent merger.
When user click on Edit with Excel, Excel file shows all the row headers but with no data. However, if user select Open in Excel, all the data is there. Without "Edit with Excel", user doesnt have the option to Publish changes back to Dynamics.
However, another user performs the same task from a different computer, everything works accordingly.
Both machines are Windows 10 with Office 2016 and latest patches. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
