Profile (role) promoted problem

Hello,

I'm on business central 20

i create some new profile (roles) for my enterprise and i want them to be promoted in role explorer.

All standard role are now not promoted with the checkbox, and they don't appear.

but my custom role doesn't appear. The problem is when i check the promoted checkbox, it appear to be checked, but when i reload the page, the field is un checked.

do you know why ?

    Hello,

    You mean you ssearched for profiles and on some profiles you enabled Show in explorer. After a reload of the page, the Show in explorer is disabled again. What happens if you press the <- back button instead. Does the change get saved?

    when i click on the checkbox, it's on, but if i reload the page, or back and go on the card it's unchecked

    That does not sound right. Please raise the issue to your partner so they can raise it to Microsoft if required.
