Hi All, I have a few scenario that I would like to know what would be the correct process to Finish the RPO

1.      RPO qty 1000, output produce 900 and remaining 100 due to material shortage.
2.      RPO qty 1000, output produce 800 and remaining 200 due to not enough time to produce the output
3.      RPO qty 1000, output produce 2000 and over output due to finish the JR on standard stock RPO
4.      RPO open December but has output on January, rpo must close in January or December.
I have the same question (0)

You should close the production order when no additional finished goods will be produced from it.

Basically You can Finish the RPO once You know that there will be no more work/output/consumption done related to this RPO number, and all the already posted quantities/dates are correct - because after You make it Finished, it cannot be reverted back (although it could be possible with some modifications to the system).
