"authorize.net" means, do you want to send the credit card information to authorized person's mail?

If yes, then open your Dexterity chm help file and find the "MailItem object" and MAPI* function to send the Credit Card information to the recipient.

For your reference, please have a look on the below link.

    Hope this helps!!!

    Hi Soma,

    No, you got me wrong.

I want to make payments using Credit card from GP.

    Authorize.net is a payment gateway.

    Any idea on this?

Also, do you have any idea on sending data from GP to .net exe.

Can you share some information in this regard.

    Thanks,

    Manjunath V

I never tried this on dexterity. But, I think few of the 3rd Party Credit Card payment processing addons available.

For your reference, please have a look on the below links.

There is a Payment services solution available with Dynamics GP which was released with GP 10.0 SP5. You may need to contact your Dynamics GP Partner. But not sure about Authorize.net gateway is supported in it.

Can any one help me on sending data from Dex/GP to a .net exe.

I would like to send details from GP to dotnet exe.

    How it can be done?

Better you can save the Credit Card information from Dexterity to custom SQL table and then use the dotnet application to get the information from the custom table and upload it to payment gateway.

    Hope this helps!!!

This can be done by creating a dotnet application with required parameters and built an exe. This application internally talk to payment gateway and process payments.

From GP we can call an exe file by passing parameters to it.

Return values from the payment gateway can be stored into a Text file.

Which can be read from GP and return the payment status to the User.

This process is implemented already and successfully working but forgot to post.

    Hope this helps.

Let me know if someone need detailed info.

The process requested for help is not PCI Compliant, which is mandatory for all merchants. Additionally merchants can never, ever store CVV code.

If any payment data touches the application, the application must be PA DSS certified and it's in scope for merchant PCI Compliance. A better option is an integration where the payment gateway is called out at the time of collecting payment data, and the return data is sent back.

Other companies have integrated authorize.net payment gateway for their own add-on applications, so it can be done.
