How to remove a resource from resource group ?

I have a lot of resources. And every resource has a department.

If a resource department changed,I want to remove it from it's all resource groups.

For example if a resource leaves, it's departmen should be removed. It wouldnt have any resource group.

How can I provide this ?

    Hi there,

    Is Department a custom field on these records? I am assuming you are talking about a User resource here. You would need to click on Resource Groups when disabling the User and remove them from their associated Resource Groups. Does that answer your question?

    How are you grouping your resource by Department? Is this an attribute on the User or Equipment/Facilities entity, or a custom entity? How are you currently tying these Resources to a Resource Group?

    Hi,

    This is a custom field(businessunit) on Equipment/Facility entity,I organize my equipments by resource group.

    If I change a equipment's departmen(businessunit) like "left", This equipment should be removed all it's resource group.
