Error 52: Bad file or number (unhandled error, State=9) within HQ Client

When HQ client 2.0.2000 tries to upload a WS401 it gives a Error 52: Bad File name or Number (Unhandled error, State=9). This only happens when it tries process a WS401. I looked up the error and their is an article talking about when you open Store manager program you get that particular error because of the store logo or web status path is incorrect, but that not the issue I am having this within HQ client. What can be causing this in HQ client?

    First:  try deleting and recreating the 401 worksheet for that store.  

    if that doesn't work, try running a repair install for the HQ Client.

    The zip that is the worksheet sometime gets corrupt and gets stuck.
