Storage Capacity - LocalizedLabel & SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject

I'm trying to reduce overall storage capacity and I notice that LocalizedLabel and SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject are taking up a lot of space when viewing the capacity breakdown details in my production and sandbox environments.

Would anyone be able to help me understand what they are and more importantly, how to reduce them?

LocalizedLabel: Contains a localized label, including the label string and the language code.

SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject: The SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject table is the table that logs records for number of days before deleting inactive subscriptions as well as timed out deletion services.

To reduce these tables safely, please raise a support ticket to MS support.
