I cant get RMS HQ Client to Startup with Windows 8.1

I have been trying for months to find a solution to get HQ Client to run automatically at startup. I have tried permissions, run as administrator, UAC. I cant figure it out. Can someone please help me.

Hi,

Use restart on crash app. Works well and it monitors the HQ client. Search Google "restart on crash."

Turn off "Fast-Startup".

what is Windows 8.1 version you are using , I think you have to use Windows 8.1 professional
