Hi Folks

this appears to be a security level issue but I cant track it down.

I run a service department with field techs and I want to be able to book recurring activities for technicians. when my organisers attempt this they are prevented from savbing the changes by " Noty having sufficient permission to access this feature of CRM" .

any ideas would be appreciated

Are you able to find out the resolution, try to trace it ... Also just wanted to tell you i think Recurring Appts requd Delete permission to user level on activities. Try to use that.

Take a look at the Security role that the Organizers possess and ensure that they have Activity permissions higher than just User level. If they possess a custom Security Role a common starting point to test is assign them one of the out of the box Security Roles in addition to the custom one and try again. This will help you determine if they are missing a permission.

If you are already using an out of the box Security Role and can't track down the missing permission then log a support request with us so we can run a trace while producing the error and help track down what missing permission is being called.
