Sales History By Customer By Item while entering sales order line or Quote

Hi Guys

Is there a quick way to see what a customer has previously ordered/invoiced by the item on a sales order? Often you need to see previous prices, quantities etc for the same item? Is there a standard way of getting this info without running a separate report or do we have to customise - say add a fact box or something like that

As far as I know, there isn't a feature that directly shows the breakdown of items sold, including prices and quantities, from the sales order. While the Sell-to Customer Sales History factbox is available, it requires you to click on it and open each sales invoice individually.

The 'Customer/Item Sales' report is the closest option, but as you mentioned, it's not directly accessible from the sales order. Your idea of creating a new factbox sounds like the best solution; it could essentially display the same information as the 'Customer/Item Sales' report.
