Hi,
Is commerce analytics is there in commerce product.
Is in built dashboard is there in Power Bi
If it there how it is different from Power BI reports.

This is not available. There was a 'Preview' but Microsoft have deprecated it. You have to build your own PowerBI reports.
As Mr. Paul Jackson rightly pointed, the feature never came into GA and MS have deprecated the feature. The plan was to use Azure Data lake as the source and show embedded reports in POS as well as HQ in a seamless way. The users will not require separate power BI license to view the reports.
However if you want to access the power BI reports (connect to Entity Store from PowerBI.com by using DirectQuery ) outside Dynamics 365, you will need to have power BI pro license.
Please refer the MS learn article, to understand how you can develop similar experience yourself.
