Post documents for selected record in payment journal

Dear All,

We are using business central and I am wondering how it is possible to post just one selected record in payment journal?

As you can seen I want to post just one document but when select the record and post document both records has been posted.

I wonder there is a setting to config.

Post documents for selected record in payment journal

Filter the journal to only show the lines you would like to post. The system only posts what's visible on the journal.

Hi, Valentin is right, if it is standard, all records on the page will be posted by default, you can use the following method to quickly filter this row and then post it.

And of course it can be done if customized.

besides previous responses, you have a few options for posting only selected lines,

you could delete the lines you don't want to post first, and only post the ones on the page. The unposted lines could be repopulated again by running suggest vendor payment or enter manually.

you could also use filter to select which lines to show on the page like the example below. BC assign 10000 for the first line, and increment by 10000. so the example, I will post the 2nd and 3rd line. use | to separate the number
