trying to determine if one can access prior version of a quote once it's been revised, can anyone answer this for me quickly? I searched, but didn't dig up much. Revision iteration made me believe that it could be possible.

I found the answer myself with Trial and Error, there can be only one active quote at a time for any give quote. You can see the revision history if you look at all quotes. They will retain the same name, but the historical version(s) of the quote will be 'closed' where as the live version will be active or draft.
