What is the expected launch of a new edition of Dynamics CRM?
I think the name "Dynamics CRM" is out of use.
Now the product is called "Dynamics 365 For Sales", Am I Right?

You are correct I can say .Dynamics 365 is the new name for Dynamics CRM 2016. Dynamics 365 built on top of Dynamics CRM with some administrator considerations. You can find the major differences in below article

Proper name is "Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement" - docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-engagement
Version 9.0 was released several months ago. I don't think Microsoft will ship new version very soon. May be the next fall.
