Evening all,
We have one client that has customized permission sets and every time they are upgraded a random permission on various tables is affected. But it is never the same one. Is there anyway to exclude this permission set or a workround?
Kind regards,
Kelly
Hi, I don't think there is a way, Microsoft will add some new features every time it is updated. In order not to affect the use of these functions, Microsoft will also modify the standard permission sets at the same time, so that some user-defined permission sets cannot be used.
But using the Permission Exclusion (Exclude in Permission Set) feature released in BC21, I think this problem can be solved. You can include the standard permission set and then exclude the permissions or permission sets you need.

Hope this gives you some hints.
Thanks.
