Is there any way where we can truncate mobile number before searching in crm? Suppose, my number in crm is "902xxxxxxx" and provider is sending "0091902xxxxxxx", i want the last 10 digits of the number to be searched for.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Bhupendra,

This will be very simple depending on what CTI are you using and how have you integrated it. If you are using the entire CTI Framework then you will have a code to trigger the CTI search in your CTI Listener. Before the CTI search is being triggered you can simply add a C# code to it to truncate the number.  Let me know if you need any further.
