Hi All,

I am trying to Install Microsoft Dynamics SL Web Services, but i do not see the site name, what do i have to do ?

If it is a new installation of Web Services, you have to enter a new Site Name, e.g. "SLWebServSite"

Hi Mark, i appreciate your response

i set the name as you say and i could pass to ne next steps, but in the verification step i received this error:

A needed Microsoft Dynamics sl Web Service could not be contacted. Please check all the configured addresses. Error - (dynsl15/Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.WebServices.Session.LoginWindows.svc) The remote server returned an error (500)Internal Server Error
Failed to connect to specifiedDatabase

please help.

the sitename in iis was stopped, then i ran the sql scripts:WebApps2.01_App.sql and WebApps2.01_Sys.sql, then i ran grant access

GRANT EXECUTE ON WebServiceAccess_FindSession TO [E8F575915A2E4897A517779C0DD7CE];

GRANT CONTROL ON WebServiceAccess_FindSession TO [MSDSL];

GRANT EXECUTE ON WebServiceAccess_FindSession TO [TrustedWebService];

but now y receive this error:

certificate error:(dynsl15/Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.WebServices.Sesion.LoginWindows.svc) the underlying connection was closed: could not stablish trust relationship for the ssl/tls secure chanel

Any help?
