Hi, is there an easy way to find out which fields in our CRM are using a specific Global Option Set?

For example: I know i have a global option set which is being used in opportunities and cases and would like to know if it is being used in other areas too.

Thanks

you just need to check the dependencies of the optionset, it will show you all the fields using it

    Hi,

You can see list of fields using your global optionset by checking the Dependency of your field.

    Hi MayaD ,

You can try the below approach

    1. Go to your Choices (global option set)
    2. Find and select your option set
    3. Right click then Advanced
    4. Show dependencies

It will then show you all areas where it is used.
