I tried setting up the MTD functionality for the UK in an on-prem environment but can't seem to find the Client Tokens. I found links to Partnersource but they don't work.

Does anyone know how to get the Client ID and Client Secret?

I think you just need the ones from the documentation here

Client ID: HYQHPlWQWNNYxNtoC1w5eOA96Toa

Client Secret: a1f0f868-7e8b-46cc-a528-2e1dd0f7fbb4
