URGENT – D365 Production Issue (Upload Sessions Failing via P-Jobs)

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

 

We are facing a critical issue in our D365 Production environment. Several upload sessions are failing from the retail server via P-jobs, causing severe disruption to our operations.

 

Issue Impact:

 

  •  

    Store inventory is becoming inaccurate.


  •  

    Statement posting is not processing.


  •  

    Store audit work is completely stopped.


  •  

    Overall business operations are badly affected.



  •  
 

I have already attempted Reapply and Rerun, but the issue remains unresolved. We urgently request your immediate support to fix this problem on priority.

    Based on the logs you shared, there is a data insert issue in one of the tables (RetailTerminalStateData) due to a duplicate key. If this is a production system, you can raise a support request with MS who will delete the line that is causing the issue. 
     
    An easy workaround you can try is to delete/ mark for exclusion the table RetailTerminalStateData from P-001 subjob. This job just replicates the state of the device and is not related to any transactions.
