Lead time calculation in PO

G'day!

I'm trying to test the lead date calculation for an item on a purchase order. On the level of the Item card, the Lead time is set up as 10 days, safety time - as 15 days.

The line of the purchase order does not calculate the planned receipt data and expected receipt data even so the page inspection shows that the date formulas are in:

Interesting is that this works perfectly well in Sandbox and does not work in UAT. Both environments are updated at the same time.

What can be the reason?

    Hello Julia,

    Thank you for posting on the Forum.

    The one thing that comes to mind is Stockkeeping Units (SKUs).  Did a SKU get setup in the UAT environment that has yet to have the Lead Time defined consistently with the Item Card?   With that in mind, also confirm the Location on the Purchase Order are the same.

    These are some things that come to top of mind on this.
