We have installed Dynamics 365 for Phones app both on android phone and iPhone. According to the below article when we make a call to a CRM contact via the app and once the phone call is ended it should prompts us to enter the details of the call. But we don't see this. Does anyone know whether we have to configure any settings in the app or in CRM?

Our CRM is Dynamics 365 online the latest.
