How to update the endpoint addresses for D365 Discovery Service

Hi,

As you all aware the discovery service endpoints have changed.

FROM:

https://disco.crm6.dynamics.com/api/discovery/v9.2/

https://disco.crm6.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc

TO:

Microsoft has changed it to:  https://globaldisco.crm.dynamics.com/

In the D365 > Settings > Developer Resources:

is there a way to update these endpoints?

Our security folks who have Global Admin Access  can't even update these end points.

Does someone know how they can be changed or will Microsoft push a patch update these end points eventually?

Thanks

    Hi a2z,

Please refer to the following issue to see if it will work.

Unfortunately what you suggested is not what I am after. I am not asking how to change it by code or how they can be used by code.

Those end points are there in Settings > Customization > Developer Resources.

Those discovery endpoints are located there and must be stored in the Dynamics 365 instance.

What I am asking is how those "deprecated" endpoints can be changed via the D365 UI or by a user with Global Admin Acces.

Are those endpoints stored in an entity or are they something that only Microsoft can change?

If they are deprecated then Microsoft shoud have updated them automatically via their regular patching process.
