Database Locks SQL Session -3 & Session ID 0

Hello everyone,
I am using BC 365 on premise. And I am currently facing an issue.
I am experiencing a Database Locks with sql session id -3 and session id 0.
This Database locks has been running for 24 hours.
I have tried restarting the BC server, but there has been no change.
Perhaps someone can help me. What should I do?

    Hello,
    Restarting Business Central won’t help, SQL Server must finish recovery.
    Fix:
    In SQL Server Management Studio, run:
    DBCC OPENTRAN('<YourBCDB>');

    it shows oldest open/deferred transaction.
    Check SQL Error Log for “deferred recovery” messages.
    Ensure there’s enough disk space and no corruption.
    If stuck, restart the SQL Server service, not just BC.
