We have recently been having an issue where we cannot post a Purchase Invoice, when someone else is copying and pasting a journal entry from Excel to General Journals.
Please see the error, below.
Is clearing cache the best way to resolve this?

Hi, If the user has finished copying and pasting, but still cannot post. You can manually end the user's session in Admin Center.
Of course, the most direct way is to restart the environment.
