Customer Buying History

Hello All, 

I am new to Business Central and I want to see customer buying history.

For example, if a customer email us an places an order and says please order the same shirts and size. 

I am looking for a quick way to look at it rather than doing reports or going in each invoice etc.

    An easy way is to go to Item Ledger Entries

    Filter on source type = customer

    And Source no = customer no.

    And you get a list of every item you have sold to that customer.

    Hi Chintan,

     

    I would strongly suggest to find the order of an existing thru sales order archived.

     

    Or go to customer card then on your right panel you can see the customer sales history factbox where it shows the recent order from that customer.
