I am facing below issue, can some one please guide.
I have created a Sales order SO-001 with Item 001 and release to warehouse.
I have defined Shipping Carrier for example DHL and Carrier service for example STD in Load. Upon Outbound shipment confirmation based on Shipping carrier + Carrier service setup system populate the Mode of Delivery say for example DHL-STD in Sales order Header and line.
After that i added one more line in same sales order and Release to Warehouse. This time I have defined different Carrier service for example Express in Load. Upon Outbound shipment confirmation based on Shipping carrier + Carrier service setup populate the Mode of Delivery say for example DHL-EXP in second Sales order line.
Issue here is system is showing / updating DHL-EXP in SO Header and in both Sales order lines. I am wondering why system is showing DHL-EXP in both lines.
My first load / SO line was with DHL-STD so system should show different mode of Delivery in both SO line i.e for one SO line DHL-STD and for second SO line DHL-EXP
Can some one please guide, any setup parameters needs to consider?
