Hi,

I want to fix look in in lookup dialog box to a fix view for a sub-grid add new record in sub-grid.

    As per my understanding ,you want to make View field read only   for lookup dialog.

    Is it ?

    Go to Settings - Customization - Customize the System - Entities - <Choose Entity> - Form - <Choose Form> - Double click on the lookup field. Configure the properties highlighted in the below image and you can achieve your desired goals:
