In an email of notification, there is a link directly goes to the record

domain.com:9999/.../39%3bJgAAAACLAgAAAAJ7%2f1AASQAyADMAMAAyAC0AMAAwADIAMw%3d%3d&dc=0

I think the bookmark parameter in URL is key for record page.

How can we create the bookmark value ?
