Dynamics GP timesheet due reminder

Hi,

I would like to setup reminders for end users for the timesheets that are due - Not submitted. We go on a weekly period, and the starting day is Monday. So the reminder needs to be sent out the following Monday for the previous week.

As well we need to setup reminders for the approvers for the timesheets that are submitted and not approved yet.

Any idea if this is possible?

    Thanks for the quick reply. We use Dynamics GP 2016. My question was for PTE. It looks that there is no such reminders setup as out of the box.

    Hi Sam,

    Which Timesheets are you talking about  ? the regular HR or the PTE ? the setup is different depending which one is used.. not sure you can set a reminder for 'non-existent' TS reports ..

    We're on GP 2013R2 and still use the PDK/BP combo, there is no such thing to remind people to submit their missing TS report and I've created a SQL script to check for missing TS reports compared to the past week.. of course this is 'empiric' as it doesn't take into account employees that have left the company or new ones joining the company.
