Hello,
Is it possible to have a recommendation open without the user having to click on the icon?
I would like the recommendation text and option to apply/dismiss to show when the user clicks save.

This is because business rule runs on change as well as on save, there is no way to disable it.

I like the recommendation idea but it doesn't do much to help alleviate the problem of users overlooking fields. (If they don't see the field they definitely won't see the tiny icon next to it!) I was trying to avoid yet another required field on a form.

According to our documentation, docs.microsoft.com/.../create-edit-how-business-rules-initiated, you can programmatically set a business rule to be applied on the Save event.
If you use the business rule editor to modify a business rule that has been programmatically set to be applied on the Save event, it will revert to either load or change. You must re-apply the change programmatically to have the rule applied on the Save event.
