download an attachment for approver permission set

Hello Everyone,
 
I need some urgent help please.
i am designing a permission set in business central for approvers. everything is fixed. approvers are only able to approve/reject/view the attachment.
 
My client is now asking to make sure approvers can also download the attachment as well.
 
Image 1 is showing you the approver permission set, how they view the attachment
Image 2 is showing you the fane view where details and attachment options are visible. i want this view.
 
How can i get the same fane options like 'details', 'attachment' as in image 2.
 
which object IDs i have to add in my customize permission set to get image 2 view.
 
Kindly help.

    Hello,
     
    To give approvers the same Details / Attachments pane and allow them to download files, add these objects with Read/Execute:
    Table 1173 – Document Attachment
    Page 1173 – Document Attachments FactBox
    Table 2000000183 – Tenant Media Set
    Table 2000000184 – Tenant Media
    Codeunit 419 – File Management
    Once these are included, the full attachment pane will appear and downloading will work.

    Hello,
     
    To allow approvers to view the full Fact Box with Details and Attachments and download files, you need to add permissions for the Document Attachment table (ID 1173), its related pages (Fact Box ID 1173 and Details ID 1174), and system tables for media handling (Media ID 2000000181 and Media Set ID 2000000182) along with read access to the main record (e.g., Approval Entry ID 454).
     
    These objects ensure the attachment pane appears and files can be downloaded without granting extra edit rights.

    Thank you for your reply.
     
    I am including the same table ids, page ids, code unit. but still the factbox pane is not the same as image 2. I am getting the same old one (image1) which has the option of next/view/previous and thats it. no download option:(
