We have a warehouse of 8,000+ parts, each with a bin code. When the Pick Instruction is printed for a sales order, it sorts based upon Item No. Is there any way the Pick Instruction can be sorted based upon Bin Code? I understand if we start using warehouse management then this is possible. However, we are trying to avoid that. Currently, the pick instructions have our order pullers haphazardly going to random rows and locations. If the line items were sorted alphanumerically by Bin Code, we would have much better efficiency. Thoughts? Thanks.
