Setting a new machine and getting this error when I try to start RMS. I checked to make sure Epson CCO was installed. Any other ideas? Thanks

Make sure that a Windows printer is the default, even a PDF creator like CutePDF or MS' XPS Document writer will work.
A way to help prevent this is to install the Receipt Printer's OPOS driver before installing Store Operations. How to resolve this is to re-install using the CD image and then remove the registry settings as well. This will require you to re-enter the Store Operations Administrator configuration.

You could also run regsvr32.exe on each opos*.cx file in the windows\system32 or windows\syswow64 (64bit) and this should correct the problem without a reinstall.
