Creating G/L Budgets by Dimension Filter

I'm creating G/L budgets using Global Dimension Codes 1 and 2. I'm able to select the codes and import the budgets just fine. The problem is that when I change the global dimension code in one budget it changes them in all of the budgets. What am I doing wrong?

I don't have budget dimensions setup if that makes a difference.

Hi Steve, I have reported already this in Microsoft support, but still it is not fixed. It is not only on the dimension filter. What ever changes you make in the filter tab, all of the budget codes is affeted.
