I have case with trade agreements.

I woant create one trade agreements for one vendor(any discounts ect, only price).
But some times I need update price.

I thinking about two way:
1. Edit current trade agreements.
2. New trade agreements with new and current price and every time when I create new trade agreements close last trade agreements (end date day-1).

I think hat first option I thing will be best, I will edit only changes pice, but, where I can find edit history for trade agreements ?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can navigate to Sales & Marketing > Prices & Discounts > Trade Agreement Journal
Click the name of the trade agreement, select the trade agreement journal, click lines, and then insert the columns you want to display in the table, such as inserted modified date and time, then you can see the modified time

    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi

If you are expiring old prices and creating new one's to follow on, then the price history is maintained and visible in all the relevant price screens.

If you don't do this (if you simply update the current T/A price), then the price history is technically stored in the posted Trade agreement lines, but it is not visible in any of the price inquiry screens.

    Hi,

Your options are good, but please keep in mind that if you chose option 1 then there will be no log maintain as you will edit the agreement, in future you will not find the agreement with the old price.

So, in that case I would recommend you option 2 as by this you can get your log maintained and a history will also create for future reference.

You can check below option as this will mark the agreement as deleted but not delete the agreement and maintain it in your Logs.

    Hope this clarify.
