Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in Connection Problem

Hello Everyone,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations (on-premises). I have problem on open excel add-in. I am using system admin and erp admin account, but i am not use excel add-in.

Does it have a special authorization in ADFS or in a different domain?
