I have tried to use the "Purge Purchasing Transaction" utilitiy to purge a couple of purchasing transactions, however when I select a transaction and answer yes to delete, they are still there. I have logged in as system administrator and the same thing happens. Any clues???

That makes sense but how do you edit them so that they are zero. These are items which I entered and booked without going into the purchasing transaction window, so I just want to get rid of them.
