Send Email when a note is added

Hi There,

I've added Social pane to my accounts section, my requirement is I need to send an notification email when a Note is added. Can anyone guide from which entity is Note from. So that I can write a workflow to send an email.

Hi ,

You can do this using real time workflow , on creation of note entity.

Here is the steps -

- Create workflow , select Note entity.

- Select the event "Create Reocord"

- in the steps add Send email and set properties , to all those details(From/To)

Hi Gary,

As soon as a note is added ( created) - you can then trigger a workflow as below:

then send email - select the desire from and to.

hope it looks fine.
