Can I use Website Copy tool for Dynamic 365 online instance and Adx Portal online instance?
I have a adx website I want to migrate all of these page templates, settings and site makers into a new one. I go through several links some of link says it have bugs and some of them suggesting that I can use Website Copy tool.
I just want an official information or link about this.

Unfortunately the ADX Website Copy tool does not work with Dynamics 365 (version 8.2). Microsoft have said via the ideas page that they are looking at bringing that kind of functionality back, but there is no time frame.
The only alternative I have found is to use the Configuration Migration tool: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn647421.aspx, which is included within the SDK package. When creating the schema I have selected the base ADX solutions to ensure all components are included. You may wish to manually excluded certain entities that don't contain configuration data though (such as Contacts, Accounts, Web Form Sessions).
