Hi All ,

I have create custom code activity for a workflow .

Within that I use to Microsoft.Sharepoint.client.dll ,which is use to create folder on sharepoint folder and copy the file to sharepoint .

When I test the code from console it's working fine but when I update the code and reference of dll to custom code activity and deploy it to crm and use in workflow ,I get the error

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Client, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c.

I am using SendBox as None with deployment Administrator permission .

But still the same issue .

I am using on-premises 2013 and on-Premises Sharepoint 2013 .

Please suggest .

Thank you

if you are referring any dll  within the plugi/workflown then you have to merge the dll with the plugin using ILMerge. Check the below post that shows how to merge dll easily

    Hi,

If you refer any dll in the Plugin/Workflow, we need to add the dll to GAC. Otherwise, the plugin/workflow will fail saying it was unable to load the dll.

If you go with installing dll in GAC, you need to do the same on all DEV, Test, UAT and Production which is a pain even though it is one time job.

I suggest to check the below link for creating folders in sharepoint which doesn't require any dll ref.
