Is there a report that shows 30 day rolling trends for Sales? SL 7

Our Controller wants to get some trending reports based on days not period.  For example, he want the rolling last 30 days of sales.  Which would give the Sales Balance 30 days ago, 29, 28, 27 , ... , today.  Is there any kind of report in SL 7 or Frx, that does this?  If not, any suggestions as to how to go about creating this, please?
