Undo Purchase Receipt after put-away created and put-away completed.

I'm able to undo purchase receipt when put-away is created, but put-away hasn't been completed.

I delete the put-away doc, and i open the purchase order doc, open the posted purchase receipt, function, undo receipt.  This works.

However, when a put-away has been created, and the put-away has been completed (qty from RCV bin to a PUTAWAY bin has been completed),

I'm getting the following error when doing the function "undo receipt":

"You cannot undo line because there is not sufficient content in the receiving bin.  Move back qty from put-away bin to receive bin"

I then move the qty back to RCV bin.

I try the function "undo receipt" again.

Now I'm getting "You cannot undo line because warehouse activity lines already been posted"

I have the same question (1)

    Hello,

Thank you for posting on the Forum.

The steps would include having to Delete the Registered Put-away and then generate the Movement and process it to place the inventory from the Put-away Bin back into the Receiving Bin so the quantity is located in the Receipt Bin Code for reversal.

    Best Regards,

    Tom

    I've located the Registered Put-away - RPUT00017.

I've opened the document.  The delete on the card is grayed out so I cannot delete.

    I have SUPER permission set.

Also, the warehouse is setup for "Directed Put-away and pick" enabled.

    Hi Pixellume,

Thank you for the update.I recall having the issue where the Delete button (the trash can) was grayed-out when in the Registerd Put-away document, so please try this:

From the Registered Put-away List, there is an option under Actions > Delete Registered Put-away process.

Thank you for the update. Hopefully, this will help you move forward.

    Best Regards

    Tom
