Info Code does not pop when the quantity of the Item is increased in the Set Quantity button in shopping bag

When Item with an info code is sold the Info code pops.

If when cashier is checking out the customer and they decide they want another item if cashier changes the quantity in the Set Quantity button in shopping bag it will not pop the info code for the additional add.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is by design. The info code will trigger when a product is added to the cart. When you set the quantity, you are just changing the quantity in an existing cart line. One way to automate this will be to programmatically void the existing line and use the add to cart function whenever you use the set quantity button.

I believe this is by design.

The info code will only pop when the item is first added.
