My Sandbox copies have the Custom AI Agent but my production does not. Both are 27.4. Any ideas?

Hi,

The feature that you have mentioned to allow creating Custom AI agents, is still in public preview stage and is not generally available.

That is the reason you can find the feature in Preview Sandboxes but not in Production.

This feature will be available generally from May 2026.
